Starbucks free trial and student discount email

This is my 3rd time contacting spotify without a response, and it will be my last. I don't want to pay for something with horrible customer service.
I was writing about how to do the 3 month starbuck's free trial and then start on the student plan instead of the standard plan. This offer is about to expire and I have written many times!

Also my email at school has edu in it but it doesn't have .edu at the end; so will someone need to manually verify the school email???

I am confused about what you are doing here? You are trying to get a student discount yet getting a Starbucks free trial? Like a Starbucks partner? Please explain more.
