Starred Playlist Gone

Hi,

I just realized that my starred playlist is incomplete. For some reason it saved songs that I added from 12 days ago but all the ones that I've been staring since I got Spotify are gone. I think they're about 70 songs or so. Is there anything that can be done?? Any help at all would be awesome!

My "starred" list dosen´t show up on my iPhone, just the "loading icon" but nothing happens. Have tried to sync since last night but without success.

Got latest Spotify version

Reinstalled x2

Restarted the app about 15 times

Sign in/out 7-8 times

Is it just on your iPhone that it doesn't load? Can you Star a new track from your phone itself?

Yeah I can star a new song, and it shows up, but the rest of the starred songs on the list dosent load what so ever, and I still got the "loading" icon.

The issue is just affecting my iPhone, not the PC

Something a little weird seems to be happening with your account as we're not seeing any Starred tracks in your list other than the one you added (since removed) today. Get in touch here and one of our specialised guys will get back to you to help out. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.

Well, I have sent a ticket thru the link you provided, but I´m still sitting here without any respons from the "specialised guys" and unable to utilize my "premium account", sucks BIGTIME!

My starred playlist completely deleted itself today after I restarted spotify to have the latest version. Help!!

Yea my starred list is also gone from my desktop but its still avaiable on my mobile deviceses.

I used to have a pretty big starred list also but now there seems to be only 1/3 or 1/4 of it left 😞 Would appreciate if you could restore something of it.

Hi. I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Hi, my starred songs have dissappered last week..

My starred playlist was pretty big and it would be such a shame to lose all the songs.

Is that all of your playlists gone or just some of them? 

If it is all, sounds like you have a duplicate account in the system, try the steps here.

If its only a few, then fill in the form on the playlist recovery topic and a member of the team will try and restore them for you.
