Starred Playlist Missing, but Only on Laptop

Hey there,

I was wondering if I could get any help with this issue, I havent been able to find it anywhere else. 

So, the issue seems to be that my Starred Playlist is missing, but only on my computer; while on my android phone it is still clearly available. I was wondering if there is any way to solve this issue, as I use my computer for music far more often than my phone.
