Start a new family plan

Start a new family plan

I currently have a family plan but the main account owner will leave the country, how can i activate a new one for the rest of the family?

Thanks for reaching out.


As soon as the owner of the 'old' plan has removed all members from their plan (either by manually removing each one or canceling), you can subscribe to Premium Family at https://spotify.com/family, and you'll then be able to invite members to your newly created plan by following these steps.


Keep in mind that users can only switch Premium Family plans once every 12 months, so if some of the members were part of a different Premium Family plan (besides the one they are in right now), they wouldn't be able to join your new one.
