StartedFamily plan but cannot add wife

StartedFamily plan but cannot add wife

Signed up for the family plan, in UK on holiday from Australia.  When created an account for my wife he country is UK and cannot change.  When she tries to redeem the family account say countries are different.  Please could you advise how to correct this.

Hey there!

 

No biggie, your wife will be able to join Spotify Family in no time. She just need to change the country of her account following these simple steps.

 

After this, just revoke and send her the invite again.
