Staying on Unlimited when changing card details

Solved!

Staying on Unlimited when changing card details

Hello all, I have been using Spotify Unlimited (5UKP per month) for several years now, but recently I've had pop-ups saying that my card details are due to expire and need to be changed. When I click the link I am redirected to my account page in the browser, but when I click to enter new card details it automatically says I'm now on the Premium service (10UKP per month).

I don't want the premium service, I want to stay on unlimited. Is there anything I can do?

Hey @james_p_d

Since the Unlimited plan has been discontinued, you will probably not be able to keep it.

I suggest you contact support. They might be able to work something out.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
