Staying sometime in foreign country.

Hi there, I´m from Brazil and manage to stay about 2 years in Portugal. My payment method of Spotify is paypal, whose my wallet has my credit cards in it. 

The fact it, I received the EU 0,99 3 months promotion and when I tried to make the payment by paypal It can´t accept my brazilian credit card. 
Ok, I can pay this promo over there in Brazil but, will spotify premium account works here while I am at Portugal?

Maybe I state the question a way wrong.

1 - My account is registered in Brazil.
2 - I'm actually living in Portugal
3 - The promotion I received in my email was from an advertising from
Portugal.
4 - I Just can't pay this promo bc I'm using a brazilian credit card in
my paypal account that I want use to pay my Spotify.

I am clear now?
