Still Being Charged after Cancellation

Hi,

Last month (before the New Year), I cancelled my subscription to Spotify Premium. When I woke up this morning, I'd been charged £9.99 and am, apparently, still a Premium member. All I want is my money back and to no longer be a Premium user as I basically never use the service anymore.

Can someone please help me with this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Unfortunately no billing queries are dealt with here on the community due to the nature of the details required. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
