Still being charged

Still being charged

I cancelled my premium membership approx 3 months ago, when I check my subscription shows free, however money has still been taken from my mobile account even this month ?!

Hi!

Have you tried to contact support? Check one more time if you're still premium or free user on the website. Although reinstall or delete app to be sure, or just remove your card details or change them to other.
