Still charged after cancelling

I cancelled my premium membership so I can re-subscribe on a date that works best for payment, so no worries on me leaving! The 23rd of each month is just not right for me. 🙂

But I was still charged 4.99 USD. I feel betrayed, Spotify Premium! I'm not going away forever! I'll be back! I just have a near empty wallet right now. 😞 Can I have an explanation as to why this happened and possibly assistance on getting this turned around?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you with a refund within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
