Still getting charged even though i'm on a family plan

Could someone please look into my account.  My gf signed up for our family plan when she was already a spotify member but she is still getting charged on her credit card even though she's not the admin.  Any reason why?  I don't believe she signed up through a third party provider such as itunes.

Hi Jpizzofer. Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

This may possibly mean that she has another account that has been upgraded to Premium, aside from being a member of the Premium for Family. For this to be looked in to, I would highly suggest that you contact Spotify directly, as the Community may not be able to look the account for you 🙂
