Still having trouble changing country

Still having trouble changing country

I was told by my brother that he had a family account, so I opened an account in Taiwan and tried to join the family account, but I couldn't. Now, I'm back to the US, but I still can't change country even though I have updated my payment method using my credit card, and no I'm not using any vpn or proxy....please help

Hey @ericchen0710,

 

In order for you to be added to your brothers family plan you would both need to be liviing at the same address.

Nope, didn't solve the problem. I still can't change country even thought I'm right here in Seattle. I'm using the 30 day free trial premeuim and have updated my payment method. I did everything that was suggested on the web site. Nothing happened. Country is still showing TW and is still gray and unchangeable.

As you have tried the troubleshooting steps with no success I would I suggest you contact Spotify so they can take a look backstage:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
