Still need help after i got hijacked. Playlists and subscription help

My account got hijacked and i haven't heard from Spotify support since a little over 24h ago.

I was able to track down who hacked me (from an email) and contact him. He then said he was hacked aswell and he has called support for both google and apple to get accounts back. And now he has offered to change the spotify password so i can access it.

 

All this apparantly goes faster than Spotify's support... 

 

Basically these are the stuff i need help with:

 

* The hacker subscribed for a year of spotify so i'd like that refunded so i can go back to my monthly subscribtion. 

 

* The hacker removed all of my playlists, so i'd like them all restored

 

* Access to change the account password and email

 

Why does this take so long? Yesterday at this time i send you the answer for the security question you needed to reset the account, still no answer.

I just got the new password from the guy but i can't change a thing except the password bacause i get this error: "Sorry, unhandled error"
