Still paying after cancelling my Premium subscription

I cancelled my Premium subscription 2 months ago and I still paying but the services I got are the ones corresponding to a Free account, what can I do to stop paying for something that I can enjoy?

Hi there! You definitely shouldn't still be getting billed if you only have the free service. It's possible that you have a second premium account somewhere.

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

Why the hell am I still paying even though I've cancelled my subscription not once, but twice! This "membership" is harder to get out of than Scientology.

If I pay again, I might think about legal recourse.
