Still paying for another account

Still paying for another account

When i first joined spotify, i paid the monthly fee. In october i joined premium for family and that payment comes from my mums account. Im still paying the $9.99 per month from my own account and cant find how to cancel this. When i look up account info, it says im on the family account so i cant find the other account to cancel the $9.99 payment that i have been paying since october? Im sure this is the only account that i have. What do I do?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
