Stole my money

I cancelled my subscription but applied for the 30 day free trial for family package and was charged this morning. I have now tried to cancel again 2 times and it won't let me cancel. I would like a full refund for this month and complete cancellation of my account.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your username and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours.
