My Question or Issue

Hi, i have problem this is my 2nd account because my main steal someone. And i can't write here with that acc.

Anyone changed my email adress and password too. I write to spotify email, but i don't want to wait too long because my credit card is there. I can't login in to my account. Know anybody how long it take when they write me back or is here someone who can help me with that ?
