Stolen account

Hi everyone, i'm from Italy and I have created this account only for report that someone have stolen my account. My address is aleambro10@hotmail.it and i have always made my access with fb. It's very difficult to contact the support, so I hope that someone can help me. I also can't change the password of my account. Thanks,

Your email and password have been listed on a pastebin. Change all of your passwords immediately if possible. 

I had the exact same problem, DM @SpotifyCares on Twitter and they will begin the process of sorting it out. It is a slow process but you will get there eventually.
