Hello, I am Spotify's Taiwanese user. My account has been stolen.
I have sent the contact form and I received a reply. The letter says you need to prove that I am my own document. I reply to the letter and attach a supporting document, but I still did not answer it.

My username was kmpp147 could you please help urgent?

Patience is key here, because Spotify's support team can take up to 3 days to answer your issues. 

If they still don't respond, try sending the email again and wait. Come back to me if that still doesn't work. 

 

Just a heads up, this forum is public, so remember not to leave any sensitive information like your Spotify ID or email.
