Stolen email?

Hi

It appears there is someone else on my account, or at least, this person appears associated with my email.
I changed password twice, looged out everywhere countless of times, even disinstalled and reinstalled spotify, changed all passwords that could have possibly been associated with my email, but no matter what, the name and music that appeats on spotify under my email are NOT mine.

Suggestions?

Ok, just a quick update: the person logged in through her facebook, so basically spotify does not let me log it with facebook, and I cannot log her out. 
Again, suggestions?
