Stop all followers on childs accounts

I've a premium family account. I would like a way to stop anyone following my children on Spotify. It seems like a minimal requirement for a family offering to provide a level of privacy for children.

Unfortunately, there's no way to disable the follow button feature on a specific profile. Are you using Spotify Kids for your children or are they using a regular Spotify account?
