Stopped Spotify Premium account twice and still being billed


I've unsubscribed spotify twice and it's still taking money from Paypal. can't find a contact at Spotify to send this to. Infuriating.

You can get in touch with the payments team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this. Don't worry, they won't let you be out of pocket.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
