Stopping payment

Hi there,

I have a bit of a problem.

I am being charged 9,99 every month on my bank account for a account i dont have any access too.

This is because i canceled my premium and kinda forgot the mail and accountname i used.

It was only much later when going through my transactions that i found out i am still being charged every single month.

now ofcourse i wanna stop this and i did sent a mail to support with no answer.

Is there a number i can contact or anything i can do to stop the money being taken from my account?

I picked up your case 4634029 and have cancelled the subscription.  You will not be charged for that account again.

Hello I have the same problem. I seem to have two accounts but only access to one of them. I am using the account with username peoples_h and I don't know what the other user name is but the money is being withdrawn from the same bank account. This number is shown on my bank account 177072868082-1.

I kinda need the same help.

I have one premium account that i use username stma23, and I also pay for another account wich i dont have the username for.

It was an arangement with an old friend.

Now I want to stop paying the other account.

Last transaction 21st of jan was marked 220334390089.
