Strange Songs show up in recently played

My Question or Issue

I have changed my password 3 times and every time about a week or so later I see strange activity in my recently played songs.  I log out of all accounts then change my password but then when I long in a strange PS4-269 shows up as being connected.  I dont listen on a PS4.  Please help
