Strange activity in my account

Strange activity in my account

Some strange activity in my account, some unknown device is connected and keeps switching the music to it. I already disconnected all devices, changed my credentials and this keeps going on.

The worst part? I pay for the service and I can't find a support contact anywhere 😡
Difficult situation...

I have exactly the same since yesterday. And today my account was cancelled but not by me..

Since I have changed all login credentials and disconnected all devices I assume there a kind of mixed up databases for my and someone else's account.

Just because of curiosity, is it happening to you right now and what was the name of the device?

Same here. I see someone elses playlists and he is controlling my player...
