Strange log in issue

Hi,

I have a strange issue to log in on Spotify. Only on the laptop I use for work.

When trying to log in the screen freezes. No error message.

When loggin on Spotify webplayer: Log in works, Playlist available --> music doesn't start

I have no error message

PS: It works fine on my desktop at home, on other laptops at work, on my phone.

IT service desk says the issue might be Spotify related...

I uninstalled App, performed updates, nothing works
