Strange logins from Germany, China...

I've been in a Spotify Premium free trial for the past few weeks.  Over last night, I got 2 notifications that I had a login from Germany, and then China. This morning, I changed my password, and then later got a notification there was a sign in again from Germany. No idea what's going on here, or how to stop this.

Please Use Sign Out Everywhere Option.. The Easiest Way To Go There Is.. Open Spotify.com On Your Browser.. Log In To Your Account.. You Will Be Taken To Your Account.. From There Just Scroll Down A Bit You Will Find Sign Out Everywhere.. Please Use That.. You Will Be Signed Out Everywhere.. And Then Change The Password Again If You Wish To.. Hope This Might Be Helpful To You..

I did sign out of everywhere after changing the password.

And I just changed the password again and signed out of everywhere again.
