Can anyone confirm that if I subscribe to a premium account I can have 3,333 tracks on my notebook, and I will be able to play them offline play when I'm in America for three weeks??

I've never tried to sync that many tracks before, but yes, it should work.  I believe the only other requirement for offline mode is that you go online at least once every 30 days, so you should be fine for three weeks.
