Hello,

After Spotify was unable to withdraw funds for my subscription due to a lack of cash, my premium account "stalled" on 03-07-2015.

I recently purchased a new plan that includes 12 months of free Spotify Premium.

When I try to connect the service to my existing Spotify account, it tells me that I need to cancel my premium first.

I take all of the steps and it tells me my premium has now been cancelled and my account will revert to a free one on 03-07-2015.

Problem is, that was 5 days ago. 

I still have access to premium features on my mobile devices, but not my pc that I use the most.

If I try to connect the new premium again using the link provided by my new plan, I repeatedly get the message that I need to cancel my premium first. 

 

Any ideas?
