Student Discount Cancelled

 I recently just reached the one year mark for having Spotify Premium. I had been paying $5 a month with the student discount. Howver after one year it just went back to $10 month. I am still a student and it will not allow me to use the student discount again. I wasn't sure if the discount was only good for one year but the fine print says is renewable for 4 times while in school. Just hoping to get spotify premium back with the student discount price!

Make sure that your account is still set to the US and that your payment form is also from the US. The FAQ states that you'll have problems if that's not the case. If those are both still within the US, and you're still eligible to renew then contact customer service so they can sort it out for you.
