Student Discount Disappeared

I was receiving a student discount and it disappeared without warning four months ago and I have been getting charged the full price. Does the student discount expire? Is ther anyway to get a refund and put my student status back? I believe I had it for a year and a half.

The thing is the student discount only lasts 12 months -.-.

This may be the issue.

Just check into the student discount again. And your discount will be applied on your next payment day.^^
