Student Discount Disaster

Student Discount Disaster

So for this month I got billed for the regular price because I did not see the email to renew my student discount. I tried calling my bank and they said they could not stop the transaction. I am now back on my student discount, but I do not know how to get a credit back on my account for the difference. If anyone has had this problem and can give advice that would be very much appreciated. Or any tips on what to say in an email to customer service. Thank You!! 🙂
