Student Discount For Previous Premium Member

Hello,

I have been a premium subscriber for several years now. Last year I enrolled in a masters program that provides a discount for Spotify subscriptions. I have not take advantage of it because I do not know how to apply it to my current subscription and account. How could I take advantage of this discount?
