Student Discount Help

I've had Spotify premium in the past without using a student discount, but I'd like to apply it now so that I can get 50% off. However, every time I go through the student discount page and click "get premium" it leads me back to the overview of my homepage with a new "get premium button" where it leads me to pay $9.99. What should I do to rectify this situation? Thanks!

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
