Student Discount Help

I was verified by spotify to get the student discount, but I can't acess the offer. I followed all the steps on the email, and it only brings me back to my subscription page. I used the step by step guide on spotify, but my account keeps skipping a part. Apparently Spotify is supposed to bring up a page that says, "Tell us about yourself", but it never appears and, again, I'm stuck on my subscriptions page. Can someone please help? Thanks.
