Student Discount Looping

I currently have premium and am trying to switch to the student discount. When I click the link for the student discount, I fill out all of the infomraiton and it verifes me.  It tells me to click the link to accept the student discount.   I do this and it just loops back to the account overview where it still shows my account will be billed for 9.99. How do I solve this?
