Student Discount Not Working

Hello, I am a student at the University of Colorado who has had premium for some time. Recently, I discovered my friends all had a student discount at this school. I recently have been tightenting my budget, and had to cancel my premium membership. However, this discount makes spotify affordable for me. Nonetheless, the URL for the student discount does not give me any means to actually get the discount. When I go to the URL, it displays the discount offer, and when I click upgrade, it asks me to sign in regardless of whether or not I have signed in. Upon doing so, it redirects me to the standard premium upgrade. Looking on the help pages, I am not able to follow the steps provided, as I am never asked to give my college. My account is linked to my facebook, which itself uses my college email and all my accurate information. I really enjoy spotify, and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
