I got charged twice for the spotify student and was declined. what can i do?
I started the sign up for student discount, i got up to the college information, then it sent me to another webpage, and when i went back to the registration for premium, it told me to put my card information in again, and it had already charged me, and it was then telling me i could not continue with the registration.
I tried getting the student discount and it didn't work, I checked my bank account and it had charged me 4 times, and I'm still subscribed to the free account!!! Will I get my money back???????

I cancelled before it had actually verified, yet I've still be charged. HELP
Why the **bleep** would you charge before verification? Wouldn't it make sense to first verify and then charge so that people don't get stuck in this stupid **bleep**? Now I have to worry that it won't give me my money back or that it will keep charging me despite me not recieving any perks. Honestly shouldn't be punished for finally giving into the **bleep**ty ads that are continuously being forced on me about the student discount.

Hi. I'm from Ecuador and I wanted my student account. I was on the free Spotify status when I submitted my credit card, after that I couldn't upload my student info. Spotify never received any information of my student verification, and I was STILL charged with the student price.
I thought that I had the Premium account after being charged but nothing! I did not receive any receipt of course. I want my premium account or my money back!
Hi so I got charged for the student discount on my account but it has no record of the receipt or anything... and to top it off my spotify is not working either. Someone please help me fix this! I don't wanna get charged again either in a month... Plus im in Canada so it does not work out here. if only you guys mentioned that before i put my card number in.
This has been giving me so much problems, charged my account 5 dollars without pending or verifying and now i want to cancel it and it wont let me cancel or give me back my 5 bucks meanwhile i never gottan the premuim at all because i thought student meant for highschool students but no.....

So I tried to see about the student account and I put my credit card then after it said what college and etc I realized that i'm not yet in college so I cannot prove that i'm in college so I left then I check my bank account and showed I was missing $5. PLease help
