Student Discount charged twice

Student Discount charged twice

I was beginning the process to get the premium subscription but something went wrong when finding my school and kicked me out. I tried it again and the same thing happened and now I've been charged twice for premium and I don't have it....what can I do to get refunded?

Hey @Jennah2,

 

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
