Student Discount - on Current Premium plans

Can anyone help - I have read the instructions for updating my account to NUS/Student even though I am already a Premium Member - but the only option is to re input my bank details - but I don't want to be charged twice. 

The previous instructions only said I would need my NUS Card - not that I would need to give my bank details again.

Please could someone give me some guidance.

Hey @elles-bells,

Unfortunately it’s required to provide payment details again. This requirement exists so that Spotify can make sure that the payment details are up to date and not invalid or expired.

So I need to re-give my bank details and then it will ask for my NUS card number?  I'm just worried it's going to charge me both the normal premium and then the student amount - as I don't want to set up a new account

Yeah don't worry about that, you won't be charged twice as long as you're using the same account. 🙂
