Student Discount switch

I switch to the Student Discount price months ago and the website says i should only be charged the 4.99 but I have been charged the 12.99 every month anyway... Wondering if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

Hey @wolfpack_riles,

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged more, it probably means you're paying a different account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
