Student Discount was not renewed correctly

Hi,

 

I re-verified by student status at myunidays in November. I then got a mail from Spotify on 2016-04-01 to renew my student account, which I'm pretty sure I did (appart from generating another paypal authorization, as spotify already has one).  Yet, I still got charged 9.99€ for May.

 

Can support please refund the 5€ and correct my account status or tell me where to report this?

You should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24-48 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Spotify refunded the 9.99€ and reset my Account to free. I can and will now reregister for Premium with Student Discount.
