I filled out my credit card information then hit continue to fill out the personal information and it wouldn't accept my University, so i just gave up and decided I wouldn't get premium. I still got charged even though I never completely filled out the form and still don't have premium but it charged me.

The pending charges you can see is because your bank put a temporary authorization on your account. Now since you never got fully verified it will not fully process on your bank and your money will be returned as soon as it clears, which might take 1-3 days. Once that charge clears, go to https://spotify.sheerid.com to manually verify your eligibility (you won't be charged) and if you are accepted you will receive a link in your e-mail that takes you to the checkout page where you will be able to successfully apply the discount to your account.
