Student Discount

I have spotify right now. I was on a free trial, but now I'm not. I'm a college student, so I want the student discount, but it won't let me go through the process. I've tried to go through the steps, but it defaults me to $10 a month. I don't know why it won't let me go through the process to become a college student. I even have my college email on my account. Help!

There is currently an issue with the student discount sign up.
