Student Discount

Spotify started charging me $9.99 after a year of Student Discount Subscription, which is $4.99 a month. I was charged $25 since the year started on April. I would like to change my plan to Student Discount once again and maybe get the $25 dolars I was charged without even noticing! Thanks.

Users are told that their student discount lasts for 1 year after they start it.

When the year is completed, they start paying for normal Premium.

You can renew your student discount here for another year.

You can contact support here so they can determine your elegibility for a refund.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
