Student Discount

Hello everyone, so i signed up for the student discount and i paid with my card, however when signing up my school wasnt on there, so i cancelled the process but still got charged is there anyway to refund this charge, i didn't even get premium

It sounds like you did a lot of things at once, at it can take a few hours for everything to get processed on your account. 

I would wait a day and see what's on your account. You may find that you get charged for the month but get premium. I would contact support anyway to see if they can add your school to the list so that you can get the student discount.
