Student Discount

So I applied for the student discount 3 times & it charged me those 3 times!!!! It said nothing about charging, it only said my student information wasn't verified. So why did I get charged $15 for **bleep**ing nothing ???? I've been trying to contact someone but all them send me to these bull**bleep** websites that don't help me! I just want my money back.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
