Student Discounts

Hi,

I have had spotify premium for several years now, and I didn't discover/sign up for the student discount until last year being a sophomore in college. It says my subscription renewal is on November 22, but i checked my bank statements and as of last month I started getting charged the 9.99+tax again instead of the 4.99+tax. Why did it change back? And is it possible to get a refund? I did resuscribe to the student discount today after I saw that I was charged once again 9.99+tax today.
