My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify,

I was using premium account and i stoped to paying and my account turned to free. Few days ago i applied to student plan and i got the message that i’m able to take the student plan but i have a problem about paying. I tried all the credit cards that i have. Could you please help me out?

Unfortunately i can't get the account. First i tried on my phone and then i tried on my computer on Google Chrome. It shows the same thing. "The payment is unsucceed. Please try another payment option."
