Student Premium account from abroad

I recently moved to Perú to study for a semester at a local university. I am still enrolled in Germany as well. I tried to get premium (which in Peru costs about 5€, they don't have the students option), but I need a peruvian credit card (which of course I don't have) so I changed my country back to Germany but then I can't buy the students account (4,99€), only the regular (double priced 10€) premium. So how can I manage to get premium without paying the regular 10€?
